I first came to International Scuba through a Groupon for my Open Water certification and I am glad it was the shop that I picked in DFW! My experience with the shop and instructors from the very start has always been great! As I have grown as a diver, International Scuba has been there to help every step of the way. They are always willing to help with my diving questions, have a great training program (I’ve advanced into Tec diving through them), and they always have the right gear solutions for my diving needs. They are also great at giving recommendations for reputable diving centers/shops to dive with when I have traveled out of the country. All in all a great scuba shop!

International Scuba is hands down the best dive shop in the DFW area. Patti and other staff are ready to help you attain the dream of diving! I have a crazy schedule and International Scuba helped me get through all the course-work with ease. I was certified 2.5 years ago and my girlfriend will be getting open-water certified with IS this March. Very knowledgeable group, and I can't say enough about this great group of divers. Highly recommend this dive shop!

Our instructor was awesome! She did a fabulous job of accommodating the various levels of learn speeds in the class. For our open water dive, we made friends with many of the instructors and had a fabulous time. The instruction was clear and easy to follow. Thank you for the great experience!

My husband and I found International Scuba through Groupon. We went by the shop and checked them out first to get a feel for the people and shop before we committed to the Groupon. When we got there we were enthusiastically greeted by Jeanette, who was very helpful in explaining how the classes work and what equipment we would need. She was even more helpful when actually selecting equipment. After all that we didn't need to check out any other shops we knew this was the one for us, we bought the Groupon and signed up for class. Our classroom and training session was over one weekend and the instructors (Pat and Nancy) were WONDERFUL! They really know their stuff and made it fun, while always making sure we were actually learning and using proper techniques. The next weekend was down in New Braunfels for the test out open water dives, with the same instructor group. It was great experience with them and we continue to stay in touch with the instructors. They also have dive trips they are planning all the time if you are interested in going with a group. When the time comes to start adding equipment and taking more advanced classs, they are the first place we are going! I can't say enough good things about the whole crew over at International Scuba!

These people are great. They are easy to work with, they take time to help you, and they care. I've taken my advanced open water course through them, and they made sure I could pass all the skills before moving on. I've become a much better diver since meeting the International group. I highly recommend International Scuba to anyone who wants to learn to scuba correctly.

My fiancé and I obtained our PADI certification through them and they were wonderful! Extremely accommodating of our schedule and I cannot say enough positive things about Jeanette, our instructor. She made the classes fun and brought great energy to the early morning drives. I also purchased a GoPro from their shop and she hooked it up with insight on the best accessories. I highly recommend International Scuba, as well as Jeanette!

Took classes at International Scuba to obtain my base PADI certification. The instructor (Jeremy) was all around awesome! Passed the exam and practical, and off I went to my 1st SCUBA trip. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Great Local Dive Shop. Very friendly and accommodating. I got certified a couple years back at IS and our open water dives were in Feb at Lake Travis. The morning of the final dives it was snowing. I surfaced to freezing rain hitting the water. The IS crew was totally prepared to make the best of the cold situation. Extra Wetsuits and propane heaters, and soup and tents. They really go all in to make the experience for the divers great and to allow the divers to concentrate on the education. Thanks to the team. Patti, Dean, Dennis and everyone who chipped in..
