My husband and I got certified through International Scuba and had a great experience. We would recommend this team to anyone. The sales people in the shop helped us newbies get the gear we needed in our price range. The class instructor was patient and fun to learn from. He looked for ways to personalize our experience including discussing ways to get advanced certifications quickly and easily.

I enjoyed the classes and staff at International Scuba during my certification. They made it easy to learn and were very thorough in the pool. I was able to go on my vacation and feel confident about the dives we went on and didn't feel nervous that I might do something wrong. There is a lot of information to learn but it is not overwhelming or boring with these guys. I also like that if I need to get in the water before another trip I can schedule a time to come in and get my feet wet again!

My husband and daughters got certified through Inter. Scuba and loved it. My husband and I have recently gotten our Bouyancy Cert. and had a great time, while learning a lot. It really helped us with our next dives we took this past summer. They are a great organization to work with. They are very thorough and make sure everyone is always safe. Safety truly comes first with them.

These guys are awesome! I got my certification almost three years ago with them. I remember being able to take my first breath under water... will never forgot that feeling! Their training pool was warm during the winter for us. They took time to make sure everyone was understanding the importance of diving safety. If you had a question they were sure to give you the time to answer. Their store front has a wide selection of gear too. They do excursions around the different diving holes around here too. Make sure you get on their mailing list as they will keep you updated with their group dives. If you are looking for gear or need your certification these guys are the ones you want.

It had been 20 years since I was certified, but I was going with my 2 sons to the Boy Scout Seabase in Florida for scuba diving. All three of us took the Open Dive class, and were very impressed. The location was very convenient to us in Carrollton, and the class times and other open hours worked perfectly for us. The instructors were all very good, and the rest of the personnel were helpful with questions on gear and very willing to offer suggestions on some old gear we weren't sure about. The classes and final check out dive went well, and we were all certified and ready for our Florida trip!

I discovered International Scuba via Groupon. I bought my husband an Open Water Certification course 4 years ago. He has taken courses to get him up to Rescue Diver. I also got my Open Water certification about 2 yrs ago. International Scuba (IS) is the place to go for all your certification courses as they have the best instructors around. They are personable, learned, PATIENT (which was very important in my case). They are very organized and know what they are doing. IS organizes trips to all the major dive sites around the globe. They also know where all the good dive parks and sites are around Texas. They know how to have fun! They are great friends. I would always recommend International Scuba for your dive needs. Patti and Rich and Nancy are great, as are all of the instructors. I heartily recommend you check them out!

I started shopping at International Scuba several years ago as I was starting my diving career. I could always count of the team to be patient and thoroughly explain my choices in whatever I was looking to buy. Over the years I've been able to receive that continued attention to detail, the ability to continue dive training and have access to the best new products. After 10 years out of the water my husband and I renewed our PADI certificate at International Scuba in 1998. Since then we have been faithful customers and obtained our advanced and nitro certifications. Our daughter made her first "bubbles" at their pool and became fully certified at 13. Great people and very professional. We have taken several trips with them. They are fun and friendly, but always keeping safety as their main priority.
