Just completed my Open Water Diver certification with IS. The staff at both locations are very helpful and make it easy for people who are just getting into the world of diving. The instructors Troy, Mark & Mark S were great and very thorough. Troy, who did my pool training, is a true master at buoyancy. He is very detailed and his energy keeps you staying positive and motivated. Both Mark and Mark S were helpful in making sure skills were executed properly to prepare us for what’s to come. I definitely plan to recommend their business and services to anyone who may want to get involved.

Wide range of courses, local diving, and international trips available. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. This shop has a great core group of people who welcome newly certified divers to the family.

Great experience learning how to scuba dive from Joe! I left the course feeling confident in my abilities and look forward to future dives. At the lake both Joe and Troy guided our class to become capable divers. Highly recommend!

I recently took my PADI Open Water certification with IS and let me just say…WOW! Al and Erik were fantastic instructors. The patience and grace they afforded me, even in the face of some freak out moments, made me feel so very comfortable and confident. I just completed my first boat dive after completing my certification and it was an absolutely incredible experience, in no small part due to the excellent tutelage I received from these two incredible humans. I couldn’t recommend them and IS any more heartily. Thanks, fellas! As well as the great instruction, the equipment recommendations I received from them both were fantastic!

I was originally open water certified in by Bill Nelson and his training partner Dustin at International Scuba.. Both were very very patient and made sure all the skills were taught to insure everyone was as safe was possible in their future diving expeditions. I returned to International Scuba to get my Rescue Diver Certification and was trained by Bill Sturm with his Dive Master Assistant Allen. Again both were very patient and made certain all the skills were brought to a level of high proficiency. I purchased almost all my equipment directly through the shop. Everyone in the shop is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop has been very helpful with any gear I had issues with.

I had an amazing experience with International Scuba. Instructors Mark and Lyn were excellent teachers. They were very knowledgeable and clearly explained all skills. Dive Masters Pete and Howard were also great! International scuba made learning to dive fun and I can’t wait to continue my diving development! I would 100% recommend International Scuba!!

Definitely the way to go if you are interested in getting certified to scuba dive! Amazing people, they are very friendly, professional, they follow the rules and make you feel completely safe throughout the entire process! I had such an amazing experience thanks to my instructor Lyn Ashley and dive master Pete, they were both very patient and thorough with all the skills. I highly recommend! I can’t wait to start my Advanced Open Water course!!
