The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable on the material and information. I really appreciate how much time and effort they put into make me feel safe and comfortable in the water. Rich taught our class and was awesome! Once we got to scuba ranch, for the actual training dives EVERYONE there was so helpful. These people really care and want you to be successful.

Great class and hands on experience. Mark and Lynn were our instructors who were knowledgeable and friendly. They are patient and explain instructions clearly. The class was broken up into the pool and open water portion in a lake which builds off the skills you learn in the pool. Shoutout to Pete and Howard as well who were our dive masters. Would 100 percent recommend if you are looking to get certified.

I signed up for an open water course in the winter so that I could dive on an upcoming trip to Belize. We trained in the heated pool and all the staff worked hard to make sure things went as smoothly as they could in the very cold conditions at the lake. Unfortunately I was not able to complete the full certification on the first try but they worked with me to ensure I could still dive on my trip with a lower level cert. They were also very accommodating with helping me schedule a second lake day to complete what I hadn't the first time. Troy and Joe were great to work with and all of the instructors were personable. You can tell that their main priority is sharing their passion for SCUBA over anything else. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get training in DFW.

My kids just got though the pool training for SCUBA certification. The instructors did a great job and were very supportive and patient. Their facilities are in excellent condition and their indoor pool was comfortable for training. Their store is a bit small but well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable. I look forward to working with them for a long time to come.

Great certification experience! Rich and his team did an excellent job getting us setup with the right equipment and lessons for our scuba certification and first trip. Not only did we learn what we needed to be successful in the ocean our dive masters in Cozumel were impressed by how prepared we were for our first dives.

So glad we took open water diver training with International Scuba in Carrollton! From email inquiries to signup to shopping to training, we had seamless expert support from everyone we met at the dive shop and Scuba Ranch. Erik P., Lyn, Al, Pete, Troy, Erik N., and friends made sure that we were safe and comfortable from pool to open water. Did a Open Water Scuba Course, the folks helped me out finding my matching gear. As for the dive, my instructor Andreas did a great job teaching and guiding the group. Plus they answered all my question to correct my dive issues. Definitely will continue diving from here and meeting more of the community folks.
